Our return policy is valid for thirty days, during which time you may submit a return request for an item you have purchased from Sinis Mall.
Returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and with all original tags still attached. You will also need the receipt or another kind of verification that the item was purchased.
You may get in touch with Sinis Mall at support@sinismall.com to begin the process of a return. If your request to return an item is approved, Sinis Mall will email you a label for the free return postage and detailed instructions on where and how to deliver your box. Sinis Mall cannot accept returns of items submitted to Sinis Mall without first receiving a return authorization request.

Damages and issues
If you get an item that is broken, faulty, or incorrect, don't hesitate to contact Sinis Mall straight away so that Sinis Mall can investigate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), bespoke products (such as special orders or customized items), and beauty products cannot be refunded for any reason after purchase (such as beauty products). Returns of dangerous products, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted. Don't hesitate to contact Sinis Mall if you have any questions or problems regarding your order.
Items purchased with a gift card or on sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest approach to receiving what you want is to return the item you already own and then make a new purchase for the new entity after the return is approved.
Refunds
The refund status will be communicated to you as soon as Sinis Mall has received and examined your return. A credit will be applied to the original payment method if your refund request is granted. Your bank or Credit Card Company may have to process and deposit the refund for a while, so be patient.
