We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at mavis@sinis.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations: 
1. Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
2. Buyer’s accidental returns.
3. Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by Sinis quality control to be in working condition.
4. Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund status. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Range


The Sinis warranty service described in this statement is only applicable to the products purchased by the buyer on sinismall.com. The warranty is effective from the purchaser's original purchase date.

During the corresponding warranty period, if this product is used in accordance with the instructions in the "User Manual", there will generally be no defects in materials or workmanship.


If the purchaser fails during the warranty period when using this product in accordance with the instructions in the User Manual, Sinis will choose to use new or repaired parts to repair the product according to the situation.


Warranty Service


Sinis will send the corresponding missing or damaged parts/product without customer to pay any additional cost.

The parts removed from the product during the warranty service will belong to Sinis, and the parts replaced during the warranty repair will continue for the remaining warranty period of the product used.
If the product is tested in accordance with the original product specifications and the operating system returns to normal, the product should be considered repaired.
The service turnaround time depends on the country and the product purchased.
