The item is defective

If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us straight away so that we can investigate the problem and make it right.
Return shipping costs.
In the following circumstances, the purchaser is responsible for paying for shipping:
1.One of the most common reasons to return an item is because it does not meet your expectations.
2.Unintentional returns by the buyer.
3.Returning items were claimed to be defective by the customer but were confirmed to be functional by Sinis quality control.
4.Unauthorized returns and their accompanying costs (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Refund
As soon as we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not a refund is due. You'll get your money back on the original manner of payment. Please keep in mind that your bank or Credit Card Company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1.There are no issues with the product's quality; thus, it can be used as intended.
2.The problem is not with the quality but with how it's being used.
3.Without Sinis' approval or agreement, any repairs or modifications to the product. Before making any repairs or alterations, please contact Mavis at mavis@sinis.com to acquire Sinis's permission.

Received but missing some parts or accessories

Within 14 days of the delivery date, applications for reshipment of components or accessories are accepted (subject to the order tracking record).
The application should be sent to mavis@sinis.com.
You may expect a thorough review of the evidence you give after we receive your e-mail. We'll notify you through e-mail if the parts are missing, and we'll resend the order.
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1.We have checked with our source that the parts are not included.
2.It appears that no parts have been missing from our warehouse, based on the weight of the delivery.

Return an item to exchange for another item

We accept exchange applications during the 14 days following the delivery date (subject to the order tracking record).
While returning an item, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs and any applicable taxes or tariffs. Please keep this in mind when sending the item to our return warehouse.
Please provide the tracking number to mavis@sinis.com afterward. New goods will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days, depending on inventories.

Additional notes

1.You will be given an RMA form if your return is approved first by our customer support staff. An RMA form is required for all returns.
2.Returns are only accepted in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3.If the consumer wants a refund, we will repay the product's original cost once we receive the returned item. The cost of returning the item and the cost of mailing it in the first place are not refundable.
4.If a customer receives an incorrect or defective item, we will not accept a return on discounted items.

Compensation time-frame

After receiving your item(s), please allow 3-6 business days for us to conduct any returns or exchanges.
After this period, the refund period is as follows:
Refunds to PayPal accounts: a maximum of 48 hours

Within fourteen days of the item's delivery, applications for an exchange, return, or refund will be accepted from customers (subject to the order tracking record).

 1.Your purchase order number

2.The product name and the amount you'd like to return, exchange, or refund.

3.Justifications for exchanging or returning the item (items).

4.Include images or videos of the malfunctioning item.

 NOTE: When taking photos or videos, maintain a comfortable distance from the subject, so sharp images and videos are. We appreciate your help.
